Additional employees may be added to the membership after the application is approved. There is no fee, the additional names are simply added to our communication records and login access to the Member Area of the website will be granted.

Acknowledgment

You must agree to this acknowledgment in order to process this registration

(I,We) herewith make formal application for “Associate Membership” in the Houston Customhouse Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association and agree to pay a prorated amount of the annual membership dues of $250.00 in year 1. Dues will be due at the beginning of each year to continue membership.

As a member of HCBFFA (I,We) pledge to observe the Code of Ethics and Statement of Policy of this Association and Fully understand and agree that (I,We) may be censured, suspended, or expelled from the Association if found guilty of practices contrary to the Code of Ethics, Statement of Customhouse Brokers or Freight Forwarders.

Upon payment of dues followed by a vote of the Board during our next board meeting, membership will be confirmed and certificate of membership awarded.
