• Golf Registration $150 Each/$600 per foursome

• Registration Includes Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Box Lunch, & Dinner following play.

• Dinner only tickets are also available for those who wish to attend dinner but will not be golfing

• Award Presentation/Dinner: – 5:30pm

• SPONSORSHIP Opportunities Available.

• Prizes to be awarded & refreshments will be served on the golf course.

• Cash donations & prizes are greatly appreciated.

• Mulligans can be purchased the day of the event.

• Please contact 832-821-5582 if you wish to discuss sponsoring a hole or donating door prizes.

• Absolutely no refunds or cancellations of players or sponsorships as we must pay for the reservations made.
