Custom Goods Facility Tour & Open House

Join us for lunch on Wednesday July 20th at Houston's newest CES Warehouse, Custom Goods. After lunch, Custom Goods representatives will be offering tours of the brand new state of the art 353,600 sq. ft exam facility which will have fumigation rooms, approximately 58,000 sq ft of refrigerated space, onsite x-ray units, reefer plugs, and much more with automated exam status notifications. 

This new exam site will be opening soon and they have sponsored a luncheon event for our membership. 100% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the HCBFFA Scholarship fund which assists with educational and event scholarships for the Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding community. A sit down BBQ meal will be served from an air conditioned warehouse space so don't worry about the Texas heat, we have you covered. CBP will have several representatives on site to speak to the trade about the services they will be offering from this facility along with officials from the Port of Houston and both Ivor Baum & Tony Gregory, CEO of Custom Goods will speak about the services as well. Be sure to come hungry and enjoy a great BBQ meal, meet & greet with friends and industry associates, hear from CBP and others about upcoming growth initiatives in Houston and take a facilities tour with Custom Goods staff. This is an event you WILL NOT want to miss. 

CCS / CES Point Information This event is pending NCBFAA CCS/CES points.

Registration opens at 11:30am, lunch will begin at 11:45am and our Guest Speaker will begin shortly after 12pm. 

Members enjoy lunch at a reduced rate from our non-member attendees.

CCS/CES Credits will only be awarded to those who attend the event in person and provide a current CCS# or CES# at the time of registration.  

***Before clicking register, please note the following when registering for multiple attendees****

If you are a member company and will be taking two additional guests from your own company, please add the total number of guests (3) to the ticket field and click add. This will open a box where you can enter the seperate names for each attendee. If you are a member and wish to take 2 guests from a non member company, add the number of tickets to each field ("1" Member ticket) and click add and it will add that single member ticket and then 2 HCBFFA non member ticket and click add and it will open the screen to type additional names of guests.
