• Golf Registration $150 Each/$450 per foursome

• Registration Includes Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Breakfast, & lunch following play.

• Lunch only tickets are also available for those who wish to attend lunch but will not be golfing.

• Prizes to be awarded & refreshments will be served on the golf course.

• Cash donations & prizes are greatly appreciated.

• Mulligans can be purchased the day of the event.
