CBP Supervisor David Davis to Join us this month to Speak on Low Value Shipments / Entry type 86.

Are you aware that CBP has been running a test since 2019 to use the ACE system as an electronic means of collecting data on low value e-commerce and de minimums shipments valued less than $800? Are you involved with e-commerce, or do you have clients with section 321 goods that you have been filing manually with CBP in paper form?

Join us for this informative event where CBP will present details on their low value clearance program where they will share a presentation and cover the following:

• Who is eligible to file using entry type 86 and how.
• What types of products are not eligible for entry type 86?
• Is a POA required and is this entry type considered Customs Business?
• Is PGA filing required based on the HTS code?
• Is a bond required?
• Can a PSC be filed on entry type 86?
• Can an entry filed under 86 be cancelled?

Registration opens at 11:30, lunch will begin at 11:45 and our Guest Speaker will begin shortly after 12.

If you are a member company and will be taking two additional guests from your own company, please add the total number of guests (3) to the ticket field and click add. This will open a box where you can enter the seperate names for each attendee. If you are a member and wish to take 2 guests from a non member company, add the number of tickets to each field ("1" Member ticket) and click add and it will add that single member ticket and then 2 HCBFFA non member ticket and click add and it will open the screen to type additional names of guests.
