Broker Training with FDA

FDA is pleased to invite a max of 1 person per member company to a limited invite FDA Customs Broker Training Session on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM, to be held at the FDA office. This training is designed specifically for Managers, Supervisors responsible for training brokerage staff. Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate 11 people in office. However, we will offer the option for remote participation via Teams, with a total participant cap of 30 (including in-person attendees). Registration is at one of the links below will be required. Please register by November 8th.

This will be an informal training session and we will also addressing questions as well. We encourage participants to submit any questions or issues they are encountering, especially related to product codes and transmitting entries, prior to the meeting. We will address these questions during the session and provide helpful solutions.

Additionally, we will cover:

• Common errors identified during entry review and solutions to prevent their recurrence.
• A live product code builder demo with Q&A to ensure a clear understanding.

As this training is aimed at spreading knowledge efficiently within your teams, we ask that you designate one participant per member company to attend. This will ensure that the key points can be shared with others in your organization.

Please RSVP by November 8th and feel free to send in any questions you’d like us to cover. Apon arrival, you will go to the main door and just ring the bell, and an officer will come and show you to the conference room.

CCS / CES Point Information This event is pending approval for 2 NCBFAA CCS/CES points.

Registration opens at 9:30am, and the class will start promptly at 10am.
