U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission ACE holds and releases and the ONEUSG message

On March 22, 2021 the CPSC rolled out it's Nationwide Implementation of the 1USG message set in ACE. 

As CBP continues to modernize ACE, CPSC has been integrating its Risk Assessment Methodology
system, known as ITDS/RAM, with ACE, to coordinate further efforts with CBP and the trade community
regarding examination and disposition results. This represents the first phase, Hold Request and Conditional
Release Coordination. Using established messaging under Participating Government Agency coordination,
known as “Event Messaging,” CPSC will be able to notify CBP more effectively of the need to examine cargo at
the border.
CPSC has developed an overall entry review plan for 1USG notification. It allows for faster review by CPSC of
low‐risk shipments at the port. Join us on July 21st to learn more.

CCS/CES Credits will only be awarded to those who attend the event in person and provide a current CCS# or CES# at the time of registration.

If you are a member company and will be taking two additional guests from your own company, please add the total number of guests (3) to the ticket field and click add. This will open a box where you can enter the seperate names for each attendee. If you are a member and wish to take 2 guests from a non member company, add the number of tickets to each field ("1" Member ticket) and click add and it will add that single member ticket and then 2 HCBFFA non member ticket and click add and it will open the screen to type additional names of guests.
