Navigating CAPE, ACE reports & Customs Compliance in 2026

Join industry experts Cindy Deleon and Lori Mullins for an informative and practical session designed specifically for customs brokers, importers, and trade professionals navigating today’s rapidly evolving ACE and CAPE environments.  This presentation will provide actionable guidance on ACE Help Desk best practices, ES-003 data requirements, CAPE validation process, CAPE error overview, CAPE reject adjudication strategies. The session will touch on how recent enforcement actions, PSCs, protests, and ongoing litigation may impact brokers and their clients.  The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A and a live demonstration of the CustomsGenius technology solution.

Registration opens at 11:30, lunch will begin at 11:45 and our Guest Speaker will begin shortly after 12. 

Do you require Customs Broker CE's? This event is approved from NCBFAA Education Institute for 1.5 LCB/CCS/MCS credits.
